Booking
Q. Do
you accept one night bookings?
A. Yes but at certain busy times
we have a minimum stay requirement.
Q. I don't have a
credit/debit card - do you take cheques? Can I just pay cash
when I get there?
A. No - all bookings have to be made in advance and secured with a
credit/debit card.
Q.
If I book and change my mind can I get my deposit back?
A. No,
all deposits are non-returnable. While a room is held in your name,
we will be turning down other business.
Q. Do you have to be
18 to book?
A. No, but we won't accept bookings from under 16's
who are not accompanied by an adult.
Q. Do you accept stag
parties?
A. No. We cater for families and couples only.

A. No. We cater for families and

Q. How close to
the nightlife are you?
A. There are a number of pubs and
restaurants nearby but all the main clubs are in the town centre, a
short tram or bus ride away, or 5 minutes in a taxi or a 25 minute
stroll.
Q. How close to the Pleasure Beach are you?
A.
Very. It's a two minute walk. If you walk slowly.

Do your en-suites have showers or baths?
A. Showers.

Can I smoke in my room?
A. No, we are no smoking
throughout.
Car Parking
Q. Am
I guaranteed a parking space?
A. We have limited parking
available and spaces are allocated to a selection of rooms. The
online booking will say if parking is available with the room.
Q. If all the parking spaces have been allocated, where can
I park?
A. There is free on street parking outside the Bed and Breakfast, but
spaces are filled quickly at busy times. There are two overnight car
parks within 500 yards of the hotel, they charge about £9.00 for 24
hours.
Q. Is your car park secure?
A. It is not gated -
all cars are parked at owners risk.

Q. Do you serve evening
meals?
A. No
Q. Do you cater for special diets?
A. Yes,
we can cater for vegetarian and vegan diets, dairy free diets,
gluten free and diabetics with advance notice. We can't cater for
anyone with life threatening food
allergies.
Miscellaneous
Q. Do you have
disabled access?
A. No, due to the age and nature of the building
it is impossible to make alterations to allow disabled access. If
you are in need of a hotel with full disabled facilities please try
the Bond Hotel on 01253 341218.
Q. Do we have to be back at a
certain time of night?
A. No, we provide front door keys with
your room keys so you can access the Bed and Breakfast 24 hours.
Q. We're
coming by train/coach, can we leave our luggage until check
in?
A. Yes.

A. No.

The Sandpiper Bed and Breakfast Blackpool
We are placed right in the heart of South Shore Blackpool. Close to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, The Sandcastle Water Park, South Pier and Blackpool's large Sandy Beach.
Waterloo Road shopping area and covered markets are just around the corner. Also local is The Duple social club (which welcomes children) with it's traditional Blackpool bingo and nightly entertainment in the evenings (during the Summer Season) and it is just a 2 minute walk. There are also variou pubs and restaurants within a very short walk from The Sandpiper Bed and Breakfast.
We provide a choice of accommodation, most rooms have modern en-suite's and are tastefully decorated. Each comes with a hospitality tray of tea and coffee, towels, soap and televisions with Freeview.
There are many family offers available in Blackpool through the Summer season for example the Sandcastle Water Park Complex offers 10% off entry prices if tickets are booked online. In addition you will always save money by booking Pleasure Beach wristbands online rather than purchasing them on the door on the day you wish to visit.
Please Note we are a Non-Smoking guest house and no pets are permitted on the premises. We welcome Children and Families. Off street parking is available with certain rooms. Check in time from: 15:00 Check out time by: 10:00
We welcome families and couples.
We pride ourselves on the fact we are a Bed and Breakfast catering for families and couples only so sadly we cannot take groups or Stag or Hen parties. Nor can we allow all adult occupation of family rooms where they are equipped with bunk beds.
